many, many apologies for the delay. jeez, it's been since january since we posted last. a lot of things have been happening; for the better, but nonetheless, very fast. we have had an amazing opportunity that has us moving to new york. yep, a great opportunity awaits. will update once we are settled and ready to say "no, we do not like the yankees, we like the reds". if anyone's interested in buying a house, please let us know!
